Refer to USEF Chapter HB.  Open to only horses of any breed considered suitable to become a hunter.  Horses to be moved on the line.
Class 200         Yearlings
Class 201         Two Year Olds
Class 202         Three Year Olds
Class 203         Best Young Horse.  No entry fee.  First place winners  of classes 200,201 and 202 must show back in this class or forfeit their winnings.  Horses pinned second in classes 200,201 and 202 may show back in this class. Class pinned to two places.

 Zone VI Specifications apply.  Open to ponies ridden by a Junior Exhibitor.  The combination pony/rider is not eligible for USEF rated classes at the same show.  To be judged on performance, soundness, manners, way of going, size of rider to mount, and suitability as a Children?s Hunter Pony.  To be offered at two heights:  fences 2' for small and medium and 2'6" for large ponies; spread not to exceed height of fence.  Ponies need not be jogged for soundness.  Zone award will be presented annually as one section.

Zone VI specifications apply.  Open to horses ridden by Junior Exhibitors.  To be judged on performance and soundness with emphasis on manners.  Extreme speed to be penalized.  Fence heights not to exceed 3?, spreads not to exceed height of fence.  Horses are not required to jog for soundness.  If entries warrant, this section will be split by age :  riders 13/ under, and 14 - 17.  Horse/rider combinations entered in this division may not cross enter into Junior Hunter at the same show unless it is the rider?s first year of showing in the Junior division.  Riders entered in the Children?s Hunter my not cross enter at the same show in classes in which the jumps exceed 3?6?.  Year End Zone Awards to be split by age ? 13 / under & 14-17.

LOW/HIGH PRE-GREEN HUNTER                                               Class Entry Fee  $30.00

Zone VI specifications apply.  Open to horses over 14.2 hands in height who are in their first or second year of showing over fences 3? or higher at a Regular Member show of USEF, EC or a Combined Training Event.  Once a horse competes in a class requiring entries to jump 3?6? or higher at a USEF/EC or an Event, they shall immediately lose their eligibility to further compete in this section.  Horses that fall under USEF Rule HU 102.2 will be allowed to return to Pre-Green, provided they are otherwise eligible and the requirements of HU102.2 are properly fulfilled.  To be offered in two height sections, Low Pre-Green at 3? and High Pre-Green at 3?3.  Horses may enter either section, but may not enter both heights at the same show.   A horse that competes at the 3'3" height may return to the 3' section at a later show. Height sections may be combined in one section with both heights offered.  If sections are combined, points will be awarded in the height section in which the horse competed.    Zone Awards to offered annually at each height.  To be judged on performance and soundness.  Under saddle classes not to hand gallop.  Jogging not required.  Please indicate High or Low on your entry blank.

ADULT AMATEUR HUNTER

Zone VI specifications apply.  Open to horses and ponies ridden by amateurs who are no longer eligible to compete as Junior exhibitors. USEF Amateur certification required.  Ponies are eligible, with suitability to count. Horse/Rider combinations entered in Adult Amateur may not cross enter into the Amateur Owner section, but the horse may compete in the Amateur Owner Hunter section at the same show if ridden by an immediate family member of the adult amateur rider.  Horses in the adult amateur section may also compete in other sections for which they are eligible at the same show.  Riders in the adult amateur section may ride a different horse in the amateur owner hunter section and may ride in any section for which they are eligible at the same show.  To be judged on performance, soundness and suitability.  Fence heights not to exceed 3? spreads not to exceed the height of the fence.  Entries not to jog for soundness.  To be offered in three age groups 18-35, 36-49 and 50 and over.  Zone awards will be offered in all three age groups.  If there are less than three entries in an age group, it is to be combined with the other age group that has the least number of entries.
