Jumpers may be of any breed or height, stallions, mares or geldings. Unsoundness shall not penalize an entry unless it is sufficiently severe to be considered an act of cruelty. In such cases management shall bar the entry from further participation. Ties for other than first place shall have time taken in the first round be the deciding factor. Management reserves the right to change jumper tables, after due notice to exhibitors. Indoor speed 360 yards/minute. Outdoor speed 382 yards/minute.
