Add / Scratches /Refunds:
A transaction fee will be charged at $10.00 per add/scratch sheet if the changes are made on the same day as
the classes are being held.  Classes entered on entry form constitute a declaration.  Any entry that manages to ride in a class without having previously entered will be charged a class fee and a $25.00 Rode Without Entering fee each time.  Post entries close at the start of the preceding class.  If entered one class at a time, the computer assesses a single entry fee for each class - even though the entire section is finally entered; therefore the per class fee will be charged to the account.  Prior to arrival on the show grounds, entry fees shall be refunded only upon receipt of a statement signed by a veterinarian (or a medical doctor in the case of an Amateur or Equitation rider) stating that the horse (rider) is unable to perform in the classes which the rider qualifications would not allow another able rider to compete the entry.  After the show starts, with official veterinarian’s (medical doctor’s) certificate only, refunds will be given, less the fees for class(es) already held prior to notification to the secretary whether exhibited or not.  Class Fees will be refunded if weather or other emergency prohibits class from being held during show. Stall fees and jumper nomination fee are non-refundable.  Refunds will be mailed.
