Trainers:  please contact show secretary, Sherma @ 402.571.0938, Cell 402.681.1505, or  Shermajs@TheHuntShow.com  with your stall count and your first bedding order.  Exhibitor numbers will not be issued and horses will not be allowed to show until entry forms are correctly and completely filled out and arrangements for payment are completed.  Trainers must leave open check in the show office upon check in.  Trainer splits will be offered for shavings, feed, hay, and tack stalls only after trainer has completed paperwork in the office.  The “trainer split” accounts  will close out at 10 AM on Saturday and will not be offered again during the show.  Any splits uncollected from the client will revert back to the trainer for payment.  Ring Conduct:  If the courtesy circle is restricted, it will be announced and indicated on the course diagram.  A corresponding barrier will be erected in the arena.  Jumping Orders will be established as per JP112.2 and posted at the in-gate.  Post entries will be added to the top of the jump order.  Please advise the gate person of any conflicts.  Schooling:  Supervised schooling will be on Tuesday, August 31  starting at 10:00 am and will close at 6 pm.  The arenas  will close 60 minutes prior to show time.  No schooling allowed Sunday morning.  Other schooling times will be announced.  Schooling area footing is sand/dirt mixture.  Sharps containers located in stabling area.  USEF GR1210 fines up to $100 may be levied for improper disposal of sharps.
